The Atelier Wax & Ribbon Tamper Seal
Every acquisition delivered by BottegaMall arrives with an archival security ribbon and seal attached by the artisan in Florence, Naples, or Venice.
You are warmly invited to inspect the fabric, try on the garment over soft undergarments, and experience its fit. However, to guarantee that no subsequent patron ever receives an item worn outdoors, the seal must remain intact and attached for any cash return. If the seal has been severed, our master tailors will gladly assist with fit adjustments, but standard cash returns cannot be accepted.
