High above the Mediterranean, Seta del Sud uses manual shuttle looms dating back to the late 19th century. Using natural dyes extracted from Amalfi lemons, local wild berries, and olive leaves, their spun silk is lightweight and highly textured, mirroring the warm ocean breeze.
We preserve vintage techniques, crafting every seam, stitch, and fold entirely by hand. Our work honors the deep connection between the natural raw materials of the landscape and the patrons who appreciate generational quality.

Capturing the terraced cliffside flora of Villa Rufolo in Ravello. Printed on lustrous Italian silk twill using 14 distinct hand-drawn screens with mineral water-based pigments. The edges are meticulously hand-rolled toward the printed side (roulotté à la main) and whip-stitched by seamstresses in Amalfi.
Spun on manual 19th-century wooden shuttle looms overlooking the Mediterranean cliffs of Amalfi. Combining raw slubbed silk and fine combed filament silk to produce a rich, airy waffle texture that offers warmth in evening breezes yet stays exceptionally breathable under Mediterranean sun. Naturally vat-dyed using distilled essence of Amalfi sfusato lemons and wild olive leaves.
